Welcome to Taskblaze! These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Taskblaze application, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using Taskblaze, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.

By registering, accessing, or using Taskblaze, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Taskblaze. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of Taskblaze, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at support@taskblaze.io. We will process your request as soon as possible. Please note that certain data may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations.

4. Use of Services

Taskblaze is designed to assist with project management, task organization, mindmapping, document collaboration, and other productivity tools. You agree to use the Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

4.1 Prohibited Uses

  • Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Misuse the Services by introducing viruses, malicious code, or by attempting to hack or disrupt any part of Taskblaze.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with Taskblaze without our written permission.

5. User Content

Taskblaze allows users to create, upload, and store content, including tasks, projects, documents, and other materials ("User Content"). By using the Services, you grant Taskblaze a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Services.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or contain harmful content.

7. Subscription and Fees

Taskblaze offers both free and premium subscription plans. If you choose to subscribe to any premium services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Subscription plans will auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by following the steps provided in the application. Taskblaze reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately. However, sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations will continue to apply post-termination.

9. Intellectual Property

Taskblaze, LLC owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Taskblaze integrates with third-party services (e.g., Slack, GitHub). Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies, and Taskblaze is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of such third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Taskblaze is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taskblaze disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taskblaze, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Taskblaze, LLC, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Florida, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
